As we reflect on the importance of investing in youth and building the leaders of tomorrow, our General Manager, Paul Brands, and Imports Manager, Peter Sederel, recently had the opportunity to share their industry expertise with students at a local school in Rotterdam.
Over the past three weeks, they introduced students to the world of consolidation and logistics, providing insight into how FPS turns customer visions into our mission. They also shared practical lessons from the workplace, including managing challenging customer situations and understanding the transition from school to traineeships and full-time careers.
The programme concluded with an interactive panel session, where students had the chance to engage with members of the FPS team, ask questions, and gain valuable perspectives on career opportunities and the future of the industry.
