Ben jij ambitieus, klantgericht en span jij je actief in om concrete doelstellingen te behalen? Heb jij ervaring met sales en ben je klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging?
Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Functie-informatie:
- Organiseert contacten tussen sales executives/accountmanagers en klanten.
- Houdt gegevens bij van klanten en van bezoeken van het verkoopteam.
- Bereidt prijsopgaven en offertes voor klanten voor.
- Stelt tenderdocumenten of verkoopcontracten op.
- Neemt boekingen op, verwerkt ze en voert ze uit.
- Houdt verkoop- en betalingsgegevens bij en controleert ze.
- Handelt rekeningen af, corrigeert eventuele fouten of onjuistheden.
- Stelt rapporten samen voor het management, gebruikt hiervoor bijv. verkooptargets en gerealiseerde verkoopcijfers.
- Geeft advies en informatie over producten en diensten, behandelt eventuele klachten
- Voert algemene kantoorwerkzaamheden uit, bijvoorbeeld behandelt correspondentie en beantwoordt de telefoon.

Wat vragen wij:
- Opleiding op middelbaar niveau (voorkeur scheepvaart)
- Ervaring in de scheepvaart
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Affiniteit met computer toepassingen
- Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit

Vanwege berging werkzaamheden van omgevallen containers is besloten om de landzijdige afhandeling op de Delta terminal tot nader order op te schorten.

Snowstorm shut down Northeast USA

The Weather Service has issued winter storm warnings for most of the Northeast region of the United States, but warned that final snow totals are particularly tricky to estimate, based on when and where, exactly, the storm system delivers rain and sleet instead of snow, which is especially likely in coastal areas. Most offices and terminals remains closed on Tuesday.

Brazil's new wooden packing regulation.
Please be informed that as from February 1st 2016, the Port Authorities and the ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply will be requiring of shippers to provide the Wooden Packing Material details for all cargoes to be loaded ex/to Brazil.
