Pentecost weekend bliss 🌞

After a lovely ☀️ week in the Belgian Ardennes, we drove back home yesterday. We really enjoyed our Coco. We look forward to the next trip in the Netherlands.

Last year, day 2 of our (big) holiday ended in Northern France. A week in a hotel, an Uber home, and 🤞 that our Coco could come home again.

In the Netherlands, unlike French garages, our garage quickly found the cause: the coolant reservoir was leaking.

This has been replaced with a stainless steel model that should last longer than we do. We have full confidence in our Coco, so this year we are following the same plan, heading to Northern Spain.

Now to see if we can find a sponsor willing to give us an electric scooter/bike so we can do our grocery shopping during the holidays.

We are positive and looking forward to hitting the road again.

After a period of hibernation, we visited our Coco. She looks nice and dry. First, we checked the fluids, connected the battery, and started it. The old Perkins started without a hitch.

Then we checked the tire pressure and a general check, and then moved Coco a bit. We hope this will prevent flat spots in the tires. We're happy with how she looks on this ☀️ day. On to our first outing.
