How do you turn a quiet anchorage into a private waterfront?

Hydromar’s seascape platforms create a large, stable area at the waterline, giving guests a safe, comfortable place to swim, relax and enjoy the sea close to the yacht. Besides the fun, the seascape is a launching platform which can be used for jet skis, tenders, and other toys. The platform is engineered for smooth extension and retraction, integrating cleanly into the stern when not in use while supporting repeated use throughout the season.

Each seascape platform is tailor‑made from Hydromar’s proven standard solutions, adapting dimensions, interfaces and finish to the yacht’s design. This combines predictable performance and serviceability with a look and feel that matches the vessel.

Tailor made or standard solution? At Hydromar the answer is usually: both.

Almost every product line we supply to super yachts started life as a one-off custom project. Over time, those solutions evolved into proven standard products; platforms, cranes, ladders, systems that we can still tailor to the geometry, loads, and usage of each yacht.

This "tailor made based on standard solutions" approach means yards benefit from decades of experience and tested designs, while owners still receive equipment that fits their project precisely.

Hydromar has been thinking in steel, oil, and pressure since 1928.

What started as a machining company in Haarlem grew into a specialist in hydraulic equipment for boats and ships, and in the 1980s, yachting began as a hobby project that never really stopped. Today our team in Leeuwarden designs and builds hydraulic systems for super yachts between roughly 30 and 85 meters.

Ninety plus years later, the tools and yachts have changed, but the mindset is the same: progressive, cooperative, and a little obsessed with hydraulics.
