Not only did we have our trucks branded, but our CEO Timon also participated in the campaign.

Today marks another great milestone for Black Cat Project & Event Logistics BV as we proudly put our brand-new custom-built Talson Mega Box trailer into operation.

Designed and built specifically for our business, this trailer has been engineered to meet the demanding requirements of the project, entertainment and event logistics industry.

With an impressive 102 m³ loading capacity, a 3-metre internal loading height, a 2-tonne full-width tail lift with an oversized working platform, and a 4.2-metre loading ramp, this trailer provides the flexibility required for on-location deliveries of high-value and sensitive equipment.

It will be deployed throughout Europe transporting:

🎥 Audio-visual systems
👗 Film and theatre costumes
📺 LED screens
🔊 Professional sound systems

Right in the middle of the season, do you still have a truck for our assignment?

For us, and for our colleagues, this is now a daily question.

At this moment, we are operating at 200% of our capacity, excluding our double-driver operation!

Our customers are used to us always being ready, always thinking along and finding solutions, but it is now really touch and go whether we can still handle last-minute requests.

Week 23 going strong!!!!

Managed to take a few photos during work again this week although only a handful of pictures from a fleet of more than 14 dedicated trucks on the road for us, supported by our trusted subcontractors who continue to strengthen our operation every day.

Week 23 has been another busy and rewarding one:

• Supporting the build-up for Kanye West at GelreDome, with collections across the UK, Canada and the Netherlands
• Stella Artois influencer event load-out in Paris
• 90 loads of IBCs and empty drums
• 17 loads of e-commerce goods
• 14 loads of building material goods
• Robbie Williams in Düsseldorf for Stagetruck
• Television production logistics in Portugal
• Transporting the Danspaleis 100+ year-old mirror tent to the Isle of Wight, including ferry crossings
• Dubbel drivers and relief crew services on different productions for our collegues

Next week brings another series of exciting projects and challenges.
None of this would be possible without the commitment of our drivers, office team, subcontractors and, of course, our customers.

Summer is officially here, and for us that means all hands on deck.

The trucks keep rolling, drivers are swapped as soon as driving hours are reached, and operations continue around the clock.

Alongside our regular activities, we've significantly scaled up our event logistics operations.
Multiple projects are running simultaneously, and while the real peak season is still ahead of us, the race has already started.
Our trucks are currently travelling across Europe and beyond, supporting major shows and events that are taking place right now.

What many people see is the truck arriving on site. What they don't see is the operation behind it:
- It starts with the client's vision and the logistics plan developed together.
-The right equipment and transport resources are assigned.
- Freight arrives by air at Schiphol, is transferred through our warehouse, and continues by road to the final destination.
- On site, the production team receives the equipment and the event build begins.

Next week alone we'll be navigating narrow streets in Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm, Portugal and London. For us, that's a normal week. For many, it's difficult to imagine the pace and complexity involved.

This industry is not for everyone. It demands dedication, flexibility and the ability to perform consistently under pressure. But for those who thrive in a fast-moving environment, there is nothing quite like it.

Busy week over here!

Alongside our regular trucking activities with MEGA trailers in the industry, we’re also handling a show for a vintage client, managing AV shipments heading out of Europe, and coordinating crossloads coming in from the UK.

On top of that, new equipment is arriving and getting prepped in our company branding.

Driver Tommie is currently on the road with the MAN truck, departing from our depot in Klundert.

Plenty going on — just the way we like it!
