Horse transports can be done in co-load transports and individual horse transports. We also take care of the complete package of veterinary export certification and customs facilities.

🚨 Belangrijke wijziging regelgeving paardentransport per 1 juni 2026 🚨
De NVWA heeft aangekondigd dat er een aanscherping komt van de regelgeving omtrent commercieel en niet-commercieel vervoer. Dit kan grote gevolgen hebben voor particulieren die zelf paarden over de grens vervoeren.

➡️ Vanaf 1 juni 2026 geldt als uitgangspunt:
Al het vervoer van paarden wordt gezien als vervoer onder de Europese Transportverordening, tenzij er sprake is van een specifieke uitzondering.
Dit betekent in de praktijk dat veel vervoer voortaan als “commercieel vervoer” zal worden beschouwd.
❗ Een uitzondering geldt onder andere wanneer:
• het gaat om het vervoer van een eigen paard;
• binnen een straal van 50 km rondom het bedrijf;
• en het vervoer niet economisch van aard is.

Volgens de NVWA wordt vervoer onder andere als economisch bedrijvig beschouwd wanneer:
• het paard verblijft op een locatie waar paarden bedrijfsmatig worden gehouden en de eigenaar (mede-) eigenaar is van die locatie;
• het paard vervoerd wordt naar een markt of slachthuis;
• het transport plaatsvindt met als doel verkoop, lease of verhuur;
• het gaat om circus- of werkpaarden;
• de particulier zelf een vervoersbedrijf heeft of gebruik maakt van een vervoersbedrijf.

⚠️ Belangrijk:
Iedereen zal actie moeten ondernemen❗️

• Denkt u dat uw vervoer niet onder de Transportverordening valt?
Dan dient u vóór 1 juli 2026 een e-mail te sturen naar [email protected] om uw basisregistratie opnieuw te laten activeren/behouden.
• Valt uw vervoer wél onder de Transportverordening?
Dan moet u zich registreren als commercieel vervoerder.
Let hierbij op dat:
• alle vrachtwagens/trailers een Type 2 goedkeuring nodig hebben;
• chauffeurs moeten beschikken over een CCV (certificaat veetransport).

Daarnaast blijft het ter beoordeling van de certificerende NVWA dierenarts hoe deze regelgeving in de praktijk gehandhaafd zal worden!

❗ Zonder actie komt de huidige registratie te vervallen en kunnen er ook geen TRACES-certificaten meer worden opgemaakt voor internationaal transport.❗️

On Monday, April 27th, King’s Day, a national holiday in the Netherlands, we will remain available for any questions or support you may need.
Please note that this is an official public holiday. The NVWA will not carry out any inspections or certifications on this day.
We kindly advise you to take this into account when planning your shipments and to schedule any required inspections well in advance around this date to avoid delays.

Houd er wel rekening mee dat dit een officiële feestdag is. De NVWA voert op deze dag geen keuringen of certificeringen uit.
Wij adviseren u daarom om hiermee rekening te houden bij het plannen van uw transporten en eventuele keuringen tijdig rondom deze datum in te plannen om vertragingen te voorkomen.

It’s Easter Monday today. 🌷

While many are enjoying a day off, the world of horses never truly stops; and neither do we. Our transports continue as always and the horses at the stables receive their daily care and attention.

Our office will remain closed for one more day, but for urgent matters we are of course always reachable. For everything that can wait just a little longer, we will be back in the office tomorrow and ready to assist you.

“Everything is bigger in Texas… especially dreams.” 🤠

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Carabella vd Neyen Z and her groom Cora. We assisted with the paperwork and arranged transport from their home to the airport as they begin their journey to the World Cup Final in Fort Worth, Texas.

To us, Oda and Carabella truly stand for what it’s all about: passion, perseverance, and above all, an unwavering love for the horses. When everything falls into place, dreams really can come true, and their journey is a beautiful reminder of that. ⭐

It’s incredibly special to follow their path and even more so to play a very small part in it.
Wishing team Carabella the best of luck in Texas. You’ve definitely gained some extra fans along the way and we will be cheering for sure🤍🐴
