Quiet starts are not really Angelaโs thing, she would rather get straight into it.
No slow warm-up, no easing into it, just straight to work. Loading trucks, unloading, order picking, final checks, whatever needs to be done, she is on it. And preferably all day.
Angela does not really have a favorite task. For her, it is simple: if she is moving, she is good. A quiet day? Not ideal. A full day where you do not sit still for a second?
Perfect.
Angela is not just her workwear and straight-forward attitude. Angela will tell you herself she can also show up looking neatโฆ just do not expect her to be any less direct.
On the work floor, it is a mix of everything. Jokes flying around, people having a laugh, sometimes a bit of complaining and then just getting the job done. No nonsense, just a team that knows how to work and keeps it fun at the same time.
And yes, things do not always go exactly as planned. A truck arriving earlier than expected or a last-minute change? It happens ๐

For Angela, a good day is easy to recognize: if she has been busy from start to finish and the day flew by, it was a good one. Safe to say, she thrives on days where she can move fast, get going, and keep the energy high.
