🇩🇰 Unloading day in Copenhagen!

⚓ Thanks to this amazing crew, lots of bottles of natural wine have been unloaded again for our partners Rosforth&Rosforth this year. Soon, Tres Hombres will be on her way to Gudhjem to unload the rest of the cargo for .

What happens when you cross the English Channel with an engineless cargo ship with favourable winds? ⛵ You arrive in Copenhagen more than a week ahead of schedule!

In just 12 days, Tres Hombres sailed from La Rochelle to Copenhagen and arrived a week ahead of schedule!

Now it’s time for a crew change, welcoming new trainees on board, unloading the wine, and enjoying some well-deserved time in port.

Any guesses where the next stop will be? 👀

☀️ Calm seas, sunny days on deck, swimming in the open ocean... followed by strong swells, seasickness, rain and grey skies.

Life aboard the Tres Hombres is never the same from one voyage to the next. That’s exactly what makes it such a unique experience.

New cargo on board! 🍷🇫🇷

Sunday morning Tres Hombres entered the harbour of La Rochelle and today a full cargo hold of wine has been loaded. Soon, the ship will set sail to Denmark for this special delivery of delicious French wines!

⛵🇫🇷 Off to La Rochelle!

Early this morning, Tres Hombres quietly left the harbour of Blankenberge after waiting a few extra days for the perfect weather window.

And this departure was a special one!

With almost no wind, the crew still managed to sail out of the harbour without the help of a tugboat! Only the dinghy followed alongside for extra precaution.

A beautiful reminder of what traditional sailing and teamwork can achieve ⚓

Now the ship is on her way south to La Rochelle. How long do you think it will take before Tres Hombres reaches her next destination?

Hello Blankenberge! 👋🇧🇪

Tres Hombres and crew sailed into the harbour of Blankenberge today and are ready for the Havenfeesten ⛵

From Thursday until Sunday, everyone is welcome on board to discover the ship, hear the stories behind our cargo voyages and take a look at everything the ship brought back from the other side of the Atlantic!

The end of one voyage, the start of another! ⛵

Last week, right after arriving back in the Netherlands from their Atlantic crossing, the crew unloaded all the cargo and what a beautiful day it turned out to be!

With sunshine, lots of visitors, good vibes and live music by Legiana collective in the evening, we celebrated the return of the crew the best way possible 😎

The cargo was unloaded smoothly, crew members and trainees have already switched… and Tres Hombres is once again back at sea for the start of the summer season!

⛵🇳🇱 Tres Hombres is back in Amsterdam!

After more than 5 months at sea, Tres Hombres made it safely back to the Netherlands yesterday with a belly full of treats!

Today, the crew is unloading the ship at the Chocolatemakers factory in Amsterdam: cocoa beans, coffee beans, rum and many stories from across the Atlantic will make their way out of the cargo hold!

⛵ Tres Hombres update

Due to a storm, Tres Hombres sailed down south towards Northern Spain. She is making her way back to the Channel now, facing some northern winds along the way. Let’s see how long it takes her to get back to Amsterdam…

In the meantime, the crew has been busy writing beautiful stories to share their life on board.
