August 2026 pickup schedule (Christmas shipment is FINISHED).
Book on time before it is too late!

Every city has its own schedule, and if you can’t make it on that date, you can bring your boxes to the warehouse. Please ensure that you book on time to secure your place in the container, sometimes we get too many reservations at once. The deadline is before September 14th.

August 22 and 23:
Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem.
Beverwijk, Vollendam, Purmerend, Heerhugoward, Friesland, Lelystad, Almere and Huizen.

August 29 and 30:
Oberhausen Germany.
Utrecht, Arnhem and Nijmegen.

September 5 and 6:
Antwerpen, Breda, Dordrecht, Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam, Spijkenisse, Tilburg, Eindhoven, Helmond, Den Bosch and Gorinchem.

September 12 and 13:
Den Haag and Rotterdam

Some city will have a different date depending on the capacity of boxes.

For 𝑳𝒖𝒛𝒐𝒏, 𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒔, and 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒐, we would like to charge an additional €5 per box; for 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆, we would like to charge €10. Despite of 𝒔𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 decrease in 𝒇𝒖𝒆𝒍 prices, the price of local 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 did not return to its original fee. We remain 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍 that the corresponding 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 in the Philippines are able to maintain this business in spite of these issues. And with that, we are grateful to 𝒀𝑶𝑼; we 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 you more than you need us to keep this historic 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 alive. Our Balikbayan box company will continue to work hard with your help and understanding.

July 11 and 12: Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem.
Beverwijk, Vollendam, Purmerend, Heerhugoward, Friesland, Lelystad, Almere and Huizen.

July 18 and 19: Oberhausen Germany. Utrecht, Arnhem and Nijmegen.

July 25 and 26: Antwerpen, Breda, Dordrecht, Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam and Spijkenisse
Tilburg, Eindhoven, Helmond, Den Bosch and Gorinchem.

Augustus 1 and 2: Den Haag and Rotterdam
