𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗶ë!
NL: Zojuist is deel 2 van de vracht voor het nieuwe project bij Leybaert bv afgeleverd.
Na het weekend gaan onze collega’s van start met de installatie van het nieuwe logistieke systeem, met daarin de lange Stolze 3030PRO oppotmachine en uiteraard veel transportbanden.

Voor nu staat alles klaar. Wat een mooi plaatje om het weekend mee in te gaan!

𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗶𝘂𝗺!
EN: Part 2 of the load for the new project at Leybaert bv has just been delivered.
After the weekend, our colleagues will start installing the new logistics system, including the long Stolze 3030PRO potting machine and of course a lot of conveyor belts.

Everything is ready for the installation to start after the weekend. A great picture to end the week with!

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻!
DE: Teil 2 der Lieferung für das neue Projekt bei Leybaert bv wurde soeben angeliefert.
Nach dem Wochenende beginnen unsere Kollegen mit der Installation des neuen Logistiksystems, einschließlich der langen Stolze 3030PRO Topfmaschine und natürlich vieler Transportbänder.
Alles ist bereit für den Start der Installation nach dem Wochenende. Ein schönes Bild, um die Woche abzuschließen!

NL: Onze transportbanden worden dagelijks ingezet om planten snel en efficiënt van A naar B te verplaatsen. Van buiten naar binnen, van boven naar beneden, van links naar rechts of de bocht om. Het is maar net wat er nodig is om het product op de juiste plek te krijgen.
Deze plantjes rollen alvast het weekend in!

EN: Our conveyor belts are used every day to move plants quickly and efficiently from A to B. From outside to inside, from top to bottom, from left to right or simply around the corner. Whatever is needed to get the product to the right place.
These plants are rolling into the weekend!

DE: Unsere Transportbänder werden täglich eingesetzt, um Pflanzen schnell und effizient von A nach B zu transportieren. Von draußen nach drinnen, von oben nach unten, von links nach rechts oder einfach um die Kurve. Ganz nach dem, was nötig ist, um das Produkt an den richtigen Ort zu bringen.
Diese Pflanzen rollen schon mal ins Wochenende!

NL: Een tijdje geleden deelden we al een paar behind-the-scenes beelden van de opnames van onze nieuwe bedrijfsfilm.
Het eindresultaat volgt nog, maar ondertussen delen we graag deze making-of video die we van de makers, Subtiel, hebben ontvangen.

EN: A little while ago, we already shared some behind-the-scenes footage from the filming of our new company video.
The final result is still to come, but in the meantime we're happy to share this making-of video we received from the team at Subtiel.

Niet iedere kweker heeft dezelfde wensen. Daarom is de Stolze 3030 PRO er in verschillende uitvoeringen: een korte, lange en XL-uitvoering.
Op deze foto staan ze mooi naast elkaar: de korte PRO voor Bestplant, de lange PRO voor Leybaert bv en de XL PRO voor Fernlea Flowers.
Verschillende machines voor verschillende klanten, maar met dezelfde uitgangspunten: gebruiksgemak, rust, betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit in het oppotproces.

De korte uitvoering is bovendien een nieuwe variant binnen de 3030 PRO-serie. Zo kunnen we de machine nog beter afstemmen op de beschikbare ruimte en de wensen van de kweker.

EN: Not every grower has the same requirements. That is why the Stolze 3030 PRO is available in different configurations: short, long and XL.
Here they are side by side: the short PRO for Bestplant, the long PRO for Leybaert bv and the XL PRO for Fernlea Flowers.
Different machines for different customers, but with the same key principles: ease of use, peace of mind, reliability and continuity in the potting process.

The short version is also a new addition to the 3030 PRO series. This allows us to tailor the machine even better to the available space and the grower’s requirements.

𝗩𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗭𝘂𝗶𝗱-𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗮
Recent was één van onze collega’s wel erg ver van huis voor de installatie van een Stolze 3030PRO oppotmachine. De klant, LVG, is een bedrijf met Nederlandse roots dat werd opgericht in 1985. Het is een toonaangevend bedrijf in de productie van zowel bloeiende als groene kamerplanten, waaronder Phalaenopsis, Rosa en Monstera, en staat bekend om zijn kwaliteit en nauwgezette aandacht voor detail.

Tijdens de IPM begin dit jaar hebben zij de nieuwe oppotmachine aangekocht en inmiddels is deze geïnstalleerd en is de werking ervan uitgelegd aan de medewerkers ter plaatse.

De 3030PRO wordt gebruikt voor diverse potmaten, van 9 cm dubbel tot en met 19 cm enkel. Diverse instellingen, zoals de grondaanvoer, gewenste componenten en snelheden kunnen eenvoudig per potmaat worden ingesteld en opgeslagen. Zo kan er gemakkelijk tussen verschillende potmaten worden gewisseld.

Bij een klant op zo'n afstand is het extra belangrijk dat de eigen technische dienst de machine correct kan onderhouden, storingen kan oplossen en waar nodig reparaties kan uitvoeren.
De automatische servicemeldingen, de eenvoudige storingszoeker en de online mogelijkheden bieden hen hierbij veel meerwaarde.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮
EN: Recently, one of our colleagues was quite a long way from home for the installation of a Stolze 3030PRO potting machine. The customer, LVG, is a company with Dutch roots, founded in 1985. It is a leading producer of both flowering and green indoor plants, including Phalaenopsis, Rosa and Monstera, and is known for its quality and meticulous attention to detail.

The new potting machine was purchased at IPM earlier this year and has now been installed, with the operation of the machine explained to the employees on site.

The 3030PRO is used for a range of pot sizes, from 9 cm double to 19 cm pots single. Various settings, such as soil supply, the desired components and speeds, can easily be set and saved for each pot size. This makes it easy to switch between different pot sizes.

For a customer located such a long distance away, it is particularly important that their own technical team can properly maintain the machine, resolve malfunctions and carry out repairs where necessary. The automatic service notifications, simple troubleshooting tool and online support options provide them with significant added value.
