While most days are filled with lectures and theories, in his free time and holidays he swaps the classroom for the warehouse floor, making sure our orders meet the quality standards our customers expect.

As the driving force behind our ginger sourcing, he keeps a sharp eye on quality and market opportunities. At the same time, Hans is broadly deployable across the business. Whether stepping in where needed or contributing out-of-the-box ideas to marketing, he continues to add value across multiple areas.
Having recently become a partner of Sour Supplier, Hans is actively helping to build the next phase of our company; something we are proud of.
