A piece of the “Bosco Verticale” to Amsterdam.
For the presentation of ‘s book at the I wanted to create a catering experience that went beyond just food,
a truly sensory journey.
The centerpiece was designed as a multi-level structure, wrapped in lush greenery and fragrant herbs to capture the architectural essence of the original project and evoke a deep olfactory and emotional impact.
A perfect dialogue between food, design, and nature.

Amsterdam, pure energy and Italian talent!
I had the pleasure of hosting 15 incredible young people visiting Amsterdam for a career orientation program. The goal? To gain a firsthand understanding of the dynamics of internationally successful companies, while also keeping our values ​​close to our hearts.
In the beautiful showroom, we experienced a laboratory of ideas and flavors.
I shared my experience—catering, events, team building, and culinary travel—explaining how sustainability, ethics, and talent development are the driving force behind everything I do. But I wanted to make them understand that the true “secret ingredient” for winning global challenges is undoubtedly love, the love that “moves the sun and the other stars,” which, together with our roots, makes us unique.
We got hands-on with a fresh pasta workshop, recreating the format I bring to large companies like Heineken, Booking.com, Philips, Eni, and ITA Airways. 🍝
The magic happened not only when we cooked together, but also when we cleaned up afterward. The dedication, camaraderie, and care these guys showed confirmed one thing: the future is in excellent hands. They have the right spirit to become the leaders of tomorrow.

A recipe first takes shape in my imagination, then I sketch it on paper to test the combination of shapes, colors, and positioning of the ingredients, evoking in my memory the flavors and combinations of acidity, sweetness, crunchiness, and softness.
This is how my lemon tuna tartare was born, with mango mousse and pearls, pistachio brittle, and fresh apricot.

“Simbre na pupa aricrisciuta”
(You look like a leavened doll) my mother used to tell me when I wear a dress that’s a little tight on me 😜

In Abruzzo, Easter smells of pastry and childhood memories thanks to the traditional Pupe and Cavalli.
These hand-decorated sweets carry the true essence of our land:
the “Pupa” (doll) for girls and the “Cavallo” (horse) for boys, both serving as symbols of life and family.
May your table be filled with beauty and authentic flavors!

Come and discover my home.

Abruzzo is the land that taught me the true value of hospitality, the rhythm of the seasons, and the scent of freshly baked bread. After thirty years of cooking across the globe, my greatest wish is simple: to take you with me to the places I love.

This is not just a tour. It is an invitation to experience my homeland through my eyes.

I want to take you for a walk through the vineyards at sunset, to feel the warmth of freshly made ricotta in your hands, and to listen to the silence of the hills overlooking the sea.

What we will experience together:

Emotions at the table: We will learn to make pasta the old-fashioned way, sharing laughs and stories.

True encounters: We will meet the local artisans, the keepers of the secrets behind our truffles, olive oil, wine, vegetables.

Pure beauty: From medieval fortresses to the "Trabocchi" fishing piers suspended over the water, where time seems to stand still.

I have chosen to host very small groups—maximum 10 people—because I want every moment to feel intimate and real. A journey made of flavors, traditions, and wonder.

From here to here… the freshest, organic, zero-mile ingredients for the catering of the Microbiome conference with Rotary Club Lanciano and prof. Vittorio Rosato, including freshly laid organic eggs, chard, chicory, borage, and wild herbs from the Abruzzo region, for a buffet that caters to food allergies and intolerances, with finger foods that are first enjoyed with the eyes!

My Pumpkin Soup ✨

A classic with a twist! 🎃🍋
Looking for a cozy yet refreshing meal?
This velvety pumpkin soup is my secret weapon.
The sweetness of the carrots and pumpkin meets the vibrant aroma of lemon for a truly elegant flavor profile.

Ingredients (Serves 4):
* 800gr Pumpkin
* 400gr Carrots
* 200gr Yellow Onion
* Zest of 1 Lemon
* 200ml Soy Yogurt
* Fresh Parsley
* Lemon-infused Olive Oil

Method:
1️⃣ Peel and chop the veggies. Boil them in water together with the lemon zest for 20 minutes until perfectly tender.
2️⃣ Blend until you get a silky, creamy texture.
3️⃣ Serve with a generous dollop of soy yogurt, a sprinkle of parsley, and a drizzle of lemon oil.
