A BOUTIQUE HOTEL may be intimate in scale, but the design process behind it is anything but small.
Casa Nära Hotel

From the first material studies to interior plans, specifications, custom furniture, lighting and construction detailing, every layer contributes to how the final space is experienced. For this surf hotel, the vision was to create something relaxed, warm and deeply connected to its setting—using sandy tones, terracotta, natural woods, tactile materials and locally inspired craftsmanship.

This one was especially personal: designing for a friend while translating a shared vision into a place with its own identity.

GREAT DESIGN IS A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT
This project came to life through the collaboration of professionals who shared the same commitment to detail, craftsmanship, and ex*****on. Loretto Ramos

What happens when you find yourself matching one of your favorite fashion brands ———-> and the exquisitely designed space around it?

It’s a perfect example of something I love about design: fashion and interiors speak through many of the same elements
——-> material, proportion, texture, color and detail.

Sometimes you wear the inspiration.
Sometimes you match it!

𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐃

A custom remodel doesn’t begin with finishes or furniture. It begins with a serious design process.

Behind every space that feels effortless is a long list of intentional decisions ; understanding the architecture, reworking layouts, studying proportions, developing details, selecting materials, coordinating trades, and making sure every element works together.

That is the value of thoughtful, custom design: creating a space that feels completely personal, functional, and resolved — not simply remodeled.

We’ve become so good at noticing what looks cool.

The perfect place.
The perfect image.
The perfect object.
The perfectly curated life.

But somehow we stopped noticing the things that were already beautiful.

Morning mist.
Wild grass.
Mud on your boots.
The way the light changes a landscape.
The colors nature puts together without asking for approval.

Maybe real cool was never supposed to look so perfect.
Maybe it was always this.

Real. Unfiltered. Alive.

Using translucent marble and concealed backlighting, the stone becomes illuminated from within turning a functional element into a quiet conversation piece for the home.

I’m inspired by a way of living where nature, interiors, and daily life all belong to the same story.

Lake mornings.
Collected homes.
Beautiful textiles.
Outdoor dinners.
Mud on your boots.
Linen in the breeze.

A softer kind of sophistication.
One that feels lived in, connected, and real.

We spent years curating the dream life.

Maybe true luxury is finally living it.

Old cottages. Lake air. Muddy boots. Nature. Art. Slow living.
Beautiful fabrics.

Less performance. More presence.
