We have a tentative plan to have plants in the side, but haven't made a decision on which heat and drought tolerant (resilient) perennial clumping plants with substantial roots that would be best for erosion protection. Currently it looks like Vetiver, bitamu, and lemongrass.

O Team/Grupo's detailed work provides a new 5-foot-wide walkway for park visitors, from the entrance gate to the lush gardens, with spaces between rocks filled with volcanic rock gravel (coria), all without using concrete.

Nicaragua. The highway department contracts the removal of the historical and landmark tree at the corner of the park to make way for an international coastal highway.
We have plans to create a memorial for the tree and create products from the wood.
Also saving the epiphytes.
It was the home of a Amazonian Parrot at one time. We aim to create an alternative home.

On my mind: many first responders and civilians stepped in to help, save, rescue, and recover many. Many of the surviving responses and ordinary heroes suffered; their health suffers today; and many have died from 9/11 related health problems.

(I am in the discovery/research phase to create an immersive homage for the lost and the survivors in 2026)

Today we split a large native variegated clumping ornamental grass, donated by a master gardener and Cornell Gardeners , and then planted them in our driveway 'Bulb Boulevard garden'.

Extremely fortunate and privledged. Saved money to replace an inoperable 14-year-old oven with discontinued electrical controls.

We now own a current technology Frigidaire INDUCTION range with convection (air fryer) oven.

We will save energy and time over the long run.
