To gain access to the terminal, all trucks must complete the full Call-Up registration process:
1. Register trucks and drivers on the Call-Up platform.
2. Fund your Call-Up wallet and make the required payment via Call-Up / LFT VBS.

Only trucks that have successfully completed these steps will be flagged and granted terminal access.

To support customers during the transition to the integrated Call-Up and Terminal Access System:
• Go-live date: 11th November 2025
• From the go-live date, only trucks fully registered and flagged by Call-Up will be allowed entry into the terminal.

Please note: Any truck without completed registration will be denied access to the terminal route.

Following directives from Call-Up management, all users are strongly urged to complete the required Call-Up process immediately and ensure full compliance before the system goes live.
