With the consciousness that our industry is fraught with various degrees of copyright violations. Our production process begins with receiving input for mastering from the customer, backed up by a letter of Authority to produce the work usually from the intellectual owner. This is entered into our indemnity form at the production planning and control unit. Here begins the journey of the work through our stores unit, from where it is released to the premastering unit. The Artwork, which accompanied the intellectual work, is released simultaneously to our graphics unit where the quality of the artwork is further enhanced for detailed and sharp printing
The premastering unit extracts the work from the master in order to ensure that the audio, video and tracking qualities are not compromised, if however there is any defect in the quality of the job, the appropriate corrections are done here with the permission of the job. This unit also double as the first check for quality. The Mastered copy is then duly released to quality control unit which acts as a finer check for quality. If the work is certified okay by the Quality control, it is sent to the stores unit for onward dispatch for stamper making. Otherwise, the owner of the job is intimated about the problem so that another master could be availed. On arrival of a stamper, the replication unit loads it into the replicating Machine to produce the quality ordered by the customer. The job then proceeds to the printing unit that would have had the positive image of the artwork so that this can be done on the ordered job, as specified by the customer. The packaging unit receives the finished work from the printing unit. This goes through the packaging sub-process of counting, wrapping, packaging and sealing, all of which are automated. The finished goods subunit of the stores takes possession of the packaged replicas which is released to the customer through the issuance of an Authority to Released to the customer through the issuance of an Authority to Release Note (ATR) only when payment procedure has been completed.
