The difference between a HATCHER and a BREEDER. That most people don't know, Hatching is the ability to produce offspring either naturally or artificially. Now does production equals to sales? The answer is always "NO" and the reason is because almost everybody can artificially hatch, but not everyone can nurse them to point of sales, so when I tell people I'm a professional breeder by education and experience they be like, what's the difference between a hatcher and a breeder? So a very good hatch-ability does not mean you will have a ground breaking success if the fries are not well taken care of, some people make mistake of getting contract "hatchers" while they don't have the knowledge to nurse themselves. these contract hatchers come and produce fish for you in mass, then leaving you halfway along the production stage. At the end of the day you loose majority of the fish, sell very little and repeat the same. A production circle is not complete until sales are made, and this is what I offer my clients.. If you're just starting up, we offer complete training during a production circle that leaves you satisfied after sale and we continue with mentoring, consultation and farm visits. Couple of people I've never met had texted me privately even on this group and the highest we do is video calling and their challenge is solved, with zero charges, believe the space is wide enough for all of us to strive. So let's be our brothers keeper and erase the mentality of monopolizing the market, if you have fish and I have fish, we will all eventually sell, if we work hands in hands... Let's continue being our brothers keepers, May God crown our efforts.
