As we looked into the year with a lot of enthusiasm and desire to serve you better, we carefully considered if we would be able to keep 'our promise to you', and we honestly thought it was a huge gamble - one that we might not win.
Your business, packages and 'peace of mind' matter a lot to us, and to give you a seamless delivery experience, we would rather do it well or not do it at all, yet.
Keeping these in mind, we chose the option we believe is best for you, and then for us in the long run - to review, rebuild, restructure, and then restart.
Yes, we take this as a fresh start for us - but we will be back. You keep our yellow hearts beating.
