ADMISSION REQUIREMENT:
Undergraduate Degree Requirements:

• Faculty of Engineering, Architecture, and Fine Arts: English; Mathematics; Physics; Chemistry and any other subject
• Faculty of Business and Economics: English; Mathematics; Business (including Commerce, Government, and Agriculture); Economics and any other subject
• Faculty of Communication or Vocational: English; Mathematics (any result accepted) and any other three subjects
• Faculty of Law: English and any other four subjects including either government or legal studies (Mathematics is not compulsory)
Master Degree Requirements:

ADMISSION AND VISA PROCESSING PROCEDURE:
1. Applicant send us completed application form, academic credentials (detailed above) and copy of international passport and academic credentials by email. to [email protected] or what’s app https://chat.whatsapp.com/KQcvqDCUKfRCsIrsvSYeQX - Submitted academic credentials will be evaluated and qualified applicants will be informed within three working days.
2. Applicant authenticates his/her academic documents at the ministry of education and legalize it with a copy of his/her international passport and birth certificate at the ministry of foreign affairs of his home country.
3. All applicants who chooses option 1 "Payment after Visa" must process and submit affidavit.
4. Applicant will mail his international passport and academic credentials via DHL or other courier service to us for us to commence visa processing.
5. We will process Moldova Study Invitation from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova and other parastatals. This takes between 2-4 weeks.
6. When visa is ready, the university will issue an invoice for payment of full tuition fee, application fee plus a guarantee deposit of 1,000Euro (One thousand Euro) which the school will refund if the student maintain a good conduct all throughout his/her studies and does not have a reason to be deported. However, the deposit will be used to deport the student if he/she commits any crime that could warrant his deportation. Note that this is NOT part of the tuition fee.
7. A scanned copy of the visa will be sent to the applicant and the applicant is given five working days to contact any Moldova embassy or Moldova immigrations to confirm the authenticity of the visa.
8. After the confirmation of the visa, applicant is required to release the processing fee in the joint account or the escrow account to GITC Consults.
9. Applicant will pay for DHL and the passport (with visa) will be sent to the applicant.
10. Applicant send us a copy of his CV and we will commence the process of securing a job for the applicant before arrival. – Salary in Moldova ranges from 500 – 2000Euro in a month depending on the expertise of the employee.
11. Applicant will submit an application for hostel accommodation which ranges from 160euro in a single room and 80Euro in a shared room per month.
12. Applicant is required to buy his/her ticket and send us a copy for us to receive him/her at the airport.
Note: We will only hand over the passport to the applicant after we have received the full processing fee as indicated under "Processing Fee Payment Options" below.
PROCESSING FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Applicants are obliged to choose any of the payment plans below:
1. PAYMENT AFTER VISA:
A one time payment of 2,600 EUR is required from applicants who wish to pay the processing fee after we have secured the visa.
All applicant must complete, process and submit an affidavit with the required documents stated in it. Copy of affidavit would be made available for applicant.
Applicant are required to open a joint account with any of our representatives in his/her home country and deposit the required processing fee or open an escrow account directly with us and deposit the required processing fee which will only be released to us after we have successfully secured the visa and the applicant has confirmed it. We will provide you details on how to open the joint account upon request.
NOTE: We will only process the visa of applicant who fulfil all these all requirements.
We will send you affidavit to the applicant prior to commencement of visa processing.
2. PAYMENT BEFORE VISA:
A total of 2,500 Euro is required from applicants who wish to pay before visa is granted. The quoted amount only applies to applicant who is not more than 25yrs old at the time of application for either BSC or Master’s Degree.
SUMMARY
Tuition fee 2,000euro Per year (To be paid after visa is ready and before applicant travel to Moldova)
Application fee: 300euro
Guarantee Deposit 1,000euro - this is to be refunded back to the student if he or she doesn’t commit any crime all through the period of his/her studies. If the student commit a crime, this will be used to deport him back to his country.
Processing fee is 2,500euro - this is required to be deposited in a joint account or escrow account before we commence visa processing. The money will be released to us only after we have completed the visa processing. The applicant will have 5 days to confirm the visa in any Moldova embassy or immigration department and after which he can release the 2,500euro processing fee in the joint account to us.
Total amount: 5,800Euro.
All other fee apart from the processing fee must be paid directly into the school’s account.
