We are hiring Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations, including route planning and scheduling.
• Supervise and coordinate delivery riders.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new riders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand operations.
• Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the CEO.
Requirements and Skills:
• Minimum 1+ year experience in delivery management (preferably motorcycle-based).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of delivery tools like Google Maps.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Must reside near Abulegba or Agege environs.
