Customers are always right but not those who refused to read and understand the Terms and Conditions of services.

Better explanations are done with carefully used words such as 'business days', "working days, and 'excluding the weekends' to show that international deliveries/shipments are excluded from the weekends such as Saturdays, Sundays, and Fridays in some countries.

We want our clients to please read the T&Cs and explanations of our team at the negotiating levels.
