NANTA, Safari World Partner to Promote Nigeria-Ghana Tourism

The National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies, NANTA, has begun a seven-day executive retreat and familiarisation tour in Ghana, aimed at strengthening tourism and travel partnerships between Nigeria and Ghana.

The delegation was received in Accra by Chairman of the Safari Valley Eco Resort, Mr. Ernest Gyekye, who welcomed the team and assured them of a memorable experience throughout the visit.

NANTA President, Mr. Yinka Folami, says the retreat is a strategic initiative to deepen collaboration among African travel stakeholders and promote Nigerian travel brands across the continent.

According to him, the programme is focused on developing practical partnerships that will increase tourist traffic and business opportunities between Accra and Lagos.

During the visit, the delegation will hold business meetings with Ghanaian travel operators, tour key Safari World destinations, and participate in cultural exchange activities designed to promote regional tourism.

The retreat will climax with an executive dinner bringing together tourism stakeholders to explore new opportunities for expanding travel and tourism between both countries.
