At Asaba International Airport, continuous training remains a key part of our commitment to operational excellence, safety, and service delivery.

Over the past few weeks, operational and security departments have successfully completed specialized training programmes designed to strengthen competence and enhance day-to-day operations across the airport.

Training conducted includes:

X-Ray Image Interpretation Training for the Aviation Security (AVSEC) Department, aimed at improving threat detection and screening efficiency.

ARFFS Watchroom Training for the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Service, focused on emergency communication, coordination, and response management.

Airside Driver’s Training for airside drivers, reinforcing safe driving practices and regulatory compliance within the restricted operational area.

These training sessions reflect our ongoing investment in our people and our determination to maintain the highest standards of aviation safety and operational professionalism.

We commend all participating staff for their dedication to learning and continuous improvement.
