✈️ NOW HIRING | Charter Co-Ordinator

Desert Air is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our charter operations team in Windhoek.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for tourism and aviation operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating charter quotes and bookings, liaising with clients and lodges, assisting with operational planning, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans & German advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the Namibian aviation and/or tourism reservations
- Charter operations experience advantageous
- Strong communication, customer service & problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, highly organised & detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and strong attention to detail in a dynamic operational environment
- Professional conduct and sober habits are essential
- Must be based in Windhoek
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and after-hours on rotation
