We have arrived!
There has been an Incredible improvement to the Two Rivers campsite on Bots side. Lovely new braai area and new geysers in the ablutions. Stunning!! It's a must !

We decided to skip Upington and take the adventure route from Van Zylsrus to Askham. 1020km later we have arrived at kgalagadi lifestyle lode and tomorrow we head into the kgalagadi park for 4 awesome nights .

The road from Van Zylsrus to Askham was not bad at all. Lowering tyre pressure is always a must on sandy roads.. we dropped ours to 1.7
The road has recently been graded and we could go comfortably between 60 to 80km.
It's an absolutely beautiful drive, we saw rhino , giraffe, sable, eland, meerkats, springbok.

Can't wait for the next 4 days,!!

It's 3:20am and we on our ! Long journey today 10hrs to Upington... Tomorrow we check in somewhere very special before we head to Namaqualand! So excited it's my favourite place!!

Had a great week away at Trout River Falls in Dullstroom. Now it's back for a week and then we are off to Namaqualand!

Where did the bridge go???

If you are traveling from Malapati gate towards Beitbridge, the bridge over the Bubye River has a piece missing... Follow tracks through the river.

It's all part of the adventure!!!
