QA EXECUTIVE
To check the daily attendance of QA Leader and Inspectors and enquiry on the reasons for absenteeism or lateness to work.
To attend the morning briefing daily and participate in the discussion. To feedback the pertinent information’s from other departments and conveys the message to their subordinates. To report the quality issues of the customers, new quality standard requirements from the customers and any other unresolved quality problem; which are needed for prompt follow-up.
To coordinate with the Production Executive and highlight all the quality issues relating to the external customers requirements. To ensure the quality problems are finally resolved and feedback to the Production Manager.
To carry out special assignment as instructed by the management.
To ensure all his subordinates follow the operation procedures and company’s rules and regulations and the discipline standards
To be fully responsible for the judgement of internal production quality standards and coordination with the production start to resolve all internal quality rejection problems.
To implement the customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaint procedure, coordination with the customers on their new quality standard requirements. Prepare countermeasure reports on all the quality claims and submit to Production Manager for approval before submitting to the customers. All the customers quality claims issue should be handled at satisfactory.
To ensure that complete their inspection reports properly with relevant analysis data.
To promote the company’s safety rules to all his subordinates and ensure that they observe strictly to the rules in the factory.
To ensure that his subordinates observe the house keeping rules and maintaining cleanliness of their work place and properly handling of the company’s tools and equipment.
To monitor the suppliers’ quality performance and ensure that countermeasures are promptly taken for subsequent products supplied.
To coordinate closely with the Purchasing Department staff and ensuring that he incoming materials; which are defective after inspection and coordinate with purchasing to return the defective materials to the respective supplier.
To identify and approve the amendment of discontinued production lot, internal rejection and disposal of the rejected goods after obtaining the written approval from the management.
To monitor the customers report on company quality performance, Make proposals to management on enhancing the quality performance of the company’s products.
To prepare analysis data for supplier’s good rejection performance, customer’s rejection performance, internal rejection ratio and monthly disposal of rejected goods report. Highlight the key item of these reports in the monthly management meeting.
To plan, coordinate and schedule internal Management system audit (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) to ensure the system implemented is effective and meeting with subordinates for quality objectives and EMS to comply with the required procedures and instructions.
Good inter-personal skill, leadership, initiate and able to work independently.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in packaging industry and in the supervisory capacity.
Diploma level and above.
