In view of the recent implementation of MCO 3.0 by the Government of Malaysia, we would like to inform you that Ninja Van Malaysia is registered under “Essential Services” and therefore will be operating as usual.

Having said that, kindly note that some of our stations are facing high parcel volumes and currently operating with minimal capacity due to the restrictions, which may lead to an extension of up to 2-3 days in the delivery process. Please expect a delay in deliveries as logistics operations will be impacted during this period.

To ensure your items get delivered before Raya Aidilfitri, our final guaranteed delivery attempt date will be set on 3 May 2021 (East Malaysia) and 7 May 2021 (Peninsular Malaysia).

Delivery orders can still be made after the stated dates and we’ll try our best to complete it. All deliveries will be put on hold starting 13 May 2021 and will resume as usual on 17 May 2021.
