Magna Bridge Travel & Tours Magna Bridge Sdn. Bhd was established on January 22, 2002. Bhd. (MB) was established in January 2002.

On 10th June 2003, the name was changed to Magna Bridge Travel & Tours Sdn. (MBTT) to allow wider and greater involvement in the tourism industry. On 7th October 2003, MBTT secured the tour operator license from Ministry of Tourism and on 7th October, 2004, MBTT was issued with outbound license. In April 2007, MBTT was issued with Bumiputera Supplier status by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and in August 2008 the approval was extended to includes Event Management by the Ministry.
