世界烟供日（藏语：འཛམ་གླིང་སྤྱི་བསང་།，音译为“瞻林吉桑”或“赡林济桑”）是藏传佛教一个极其殊胜的修行节日，定于每年藏历的五月十五日。其藏文原意为“南赡部洲焚香祀诸神的美好日子”。在这一天，全世界的藏传佛教寺庙、出家僧众及在家居士都会举行隆重的烟供与放天马等修法仪式。历史由来世界烟供日的起源可追溯至公元八世纪的西藏。当时藏王赤松德赞笃信佛法，远从印度迎请莲花生大士与寂护大师入藏弘法，并兴建西藏第一座佛法僧三宝具足的寺院——桑耶寺。建寺期间，当地的妖魔鬼怪和地神白天阻挠、夜晚毁坏建筑，导致工程无法顺利进行。于是，莲花生大士在山顶上采集了松柏、香草及种种珍贵药物，并配合三白（牛奶、乳酪、酥油）、三甜（白糖、红糖、蜂蜜）进行焚烧，施展殊胜的烟供法。奇妙的是，世间的神魔龙鬼由于闻到了烟供香气而感到心旷神怡，纷纷化解了怨恨，不仅不再阻碍，反而转为护法来协助建寺。桑耶寺最终顺利落成。莲花生大士曾开示：“此日到来之时，地神、山神、龙王、天龙八部等将因前世因缘而聚集，是佛教密宗放天马、修烟供非常重要的日子。” 这便是世界烟供日的出处。

冈仁波齐转山团
今天，我们抵达了珠峰小镇，也来到了梦幻般的佩古错。
海拔4590米，湛蓝湖水宛如一面天空之镜，远处雪山静静守护着这片净土。
风很轻，云很近，仿佛时间都慢了下来。
这一刻，真正理解了什么叫“心旷神怡”。

Today, we arrived at Everest Town and visited the breathtaking Peiku Tso.
At an altitude of 4,590 meters, the crystal-clear blue lake looks like a mirror reflecting the sky, while the snow-capped mountains stand quietly in the distance, guarding this pristine land.
The wind was gentle, the clouds felt so close, and time itself seemed to slow down.
In this very moment, we truly understood the meaning of peace and serenity.

If you’ve only checked off snow-capped mountains, sacred lakes, and temples on your Tibet trip, but haven’t tasted authentic Tibetan yogurt, your journey isn’t truly complete.
Tibetan yogurt is mostly made from yak milk, with a thick, creamy texture and a mildly tangy flavor balanced by natural milky sweetness. Scoop a spoonful—the surface is smooth like silk. Add a sprinkle of sugar or mix in some roasted barley flour (tsampa), and each bite delivers a harmonious blend of sour and sweet—an essence of highland sunshine and alpine breeze.
