In line with our expansion, ECX Global Forwarding (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and committed Sea Import Executive to join our growing team.

๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

โœ” Liaise with customers on sea freight import shipments
โœ” Prepare & verify import documents
โ€ข MBL / HBL
โ€ข Import Permits
โ€ข Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists
โ€ข Arrival Notices
โœ” Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, co-loaders & transporters
โœ” Provide shipment updates and resolve delays or disputes
โœ” Prepare invoices, calculate taxes/duties & ensure payment before clearance
โœ” Coordinate internal teams for smooth clearance & delivery
โœ” Maintain proper filing of completed jobs

๐ŸŽฏ Job Requirements

โœ” 3โ€“5 years relevant experience (freight forwarding/logistics preferred)
โœ” Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation or equivalent
โœ” Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
โœ” Strong communication & problem-solving skills
โœ” Team player with high integrity and commitment

Requirements:
โ€ข Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
โ€ข At least 2 yearsโ€™ experience in related field.
โ€ข Possess a valid GDL & E Full license.
โ€ข Must have a clean and good driving record.
Job Description :
โ€ข Delivery of goods to offices in Klang Valley / outstation.
โ€ข To ensure that goods are delivered in correct quantities, good condition and according to schedule.
โ€ข Must be trustworthy, flexible and able to work extended hours.
โ€ข To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
