𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Berhad (DMIA) was honoured to host a distinguished delegation for a site visit to the KVDT2 Project Site in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, on 23 June 2026.

The delegation was led by three prominent figures: YB Datuk Wilson Ugak Anak Kumbong, Deputy Minister of Digital, Malaysia and Senior Vice President of Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS); YB Datuk Sri John Sikie Tayai, Minister in the Premier's Department, Sarawak and President of Parti Sarawak (PRS); and YB Datuk Liwan Lagang, Deputy Minister for Utility and Telecommunication, Sarawak and Vice President of Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS).

During the visit, the delegation toured the rail track works and visited the Seremban Station redevelopment site, where they received a briefing on the project's progress, key construction milestones and the ongoing enhancement of railway infrastructure under the KVDT2 Project. The visit provided valuable insights into the scale and complexity of the redevelopment works aimed at modernising one of the country's key railway stations.

The visit served as a valuable platform to strengthen collaboration, foster meaningful engagement and exchange insights among key stakeholders while reaffirming a shared commitment to advancing Malaysia's rail infrastructure. Through strong partnerships and continuous collaboration, DMIA remains dedicated to delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions that contribute to the nation's long-term growth.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲

On 24 June 2026, Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn Berhad (DMIA) welcomed an international delegation from the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC), Philippines, for an educational site visit to the KVDT2 Project Depot in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

The visit brought together 39 Civil Engineering and Architecture students, accompanied by three faculty members, providing them with valuable exposure to the realities of delivering large-scale rail infrastructure projects.

Participants gained firsthand insights into the Seremban Station and track rehabilitation works, modern rail operations, and on-site welding demonstrations, allowing them to connect classroom learning with practical engineering applications.

DMIA believes that meaningful collaboration between academia and industry plays an essential role in developing future professionals. By opening our project sites as learning platforms, we hope to inspire the next generation of engineers and architects who will shape tomorrow's infrastructure landscape.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

On 30 June 2026, Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Berhad (DMIA) welcomed the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Negeri Sembilan for an official site visit to the KVDT2 Project Depot and Seremban Sentral Station construction site.

The visit was led by the Director of DOSH Negeri Sembilan, YBrs. Ir. Dr. Hj. Nor Halim bin Hasan, together with the department's senior management team. The engagement provided an opportunity to review safety practices across key work activities, including working at height, heavy lifting operations, and activities within high-voltage areas.

With the project currently at 35% completion, the visit reinforced the importance of maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-managed working environment while fostering constructive collaboration between the project team and regulatory authorities.

At DMIA, every milestone begins with safety. Through close collaboration with our stakeholders and the continuous enhancement of our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) practices, we remain committed to delivering infrastructure that is not only built to last but built safely.

DMIA Group participated in the community CSR programme “Gotong-Royong Hapus Aedes & Perangi Denggi” held at Section Salak Selatan.

The initiative, officiated by YB Tuan Fong Kui Lun, Member of Parliament for Bukit Bintang, brought together multiple stakeholders including Alam Flora, DBKL, and local teams to support dengue prevention efforts through environmental cleanliness activities.

DMIA Group, through our PICOW, also supported on-site safety supervision during the activities carried out near the railway track area.

DMIA Group hosted students from the Diploma in Quantity Surveying programme, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Seri Iskandar for a site visit to the KVDT 2 project in Serdang.

The visit provided hands-on exposure to site operations, cost-related practices, and the challenges of working within an active railway environment, offering students a clearer understanding of real project conditions.

A meaningful initiative in bridging academic learning with industry experience.
