Accounts Executive cm Finance Controller
Position Scope: Entry Level. 1-2 Years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Pay Range:
MYR 2,000 - MYR 2,500
Job Description:
1.) Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) using SQL Accounting Software.
2.) Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
3.) Administer all bank account transactions, issue payment vouchers, and handle day-to-day cash management, petty cash records, deposits, and issuance of cheques.
4.) Coordinate & facilitate the Annual Financial Audit Process.
5.) Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/head of the department.
Qualifications:
1.) A recognized Diploma in Accounting.
2.) Familiarity with SQL accounting software, accounting standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
3.) At least 1 to 2 years of working experience is required for the position. However, fresh graduates can also apply.
4.) Candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude to learn new systems.
