Upon inspection, rotor shaft locating ring found worn down, and turbine piston ring found missing.

We currently have 2 units of Genuine Reconditioned Caterpillar C32 turbocharger cartridges available at our workshop. Both units have been fully serviced, including replacement of the repair kits, and have undergone balancing tests to ensure smooth and reliable performance. In addition, the compressor wheels have been upgraded to billet fins for improved durability and efficiency.

If your company requires overhaul or servicing for Caterpillar C32 turbochargers, we are ready to assist. We understand that the original compressor wheel for the C32 is prone to damage, but we are now able to source billet fins as a replacement solution, offering better strength, durability, and performance.
