Tuesday - Basic (Conduct by Master)
(Full Uniform/Dobok)
- 8pm~10pm @ Tennis Court
( COncourse if raining)

Thursday - Basic
(Full Uniform/Dobok)
- 8pm~10pm @ Tennis Court
( COncourse if raining)

Friday - Sparring Class (Conduct by Senior)
(Sport attire)
- 7.30pm~10pm @ Extension Exam Hall
(@ ACR 1005 if have a mid-term using this venue)

Saturday- Physical Training (Conduct by Master

)
(Sport attire)
- 6.45 am gather at MMU Roundabout (if willing to go pls inform the senior to arrange transport)

Saturday - Self Training
(Sport attire)
- 4pm~7pm @ Aeroarts Room

Sunday - Sparring & Basic Class (Conduct by Master)
(Full Uniforms/dobok)
- 10am~12pm @ Extension Exam Hall (it is compulsory attend at least twice of the month for those members who are going have a grading at the end of semester)

Training Centre - Self training
- Open for all club members
- No extra fees to be charge
- Bow to Master before enter
Training Fees - RM40.00 per semester
