CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE VACANCY
Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Join Central Continent as a Customer Service Executive and be part of our growing logistics team. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to handle client communications and ensure smooth coordination of shipments.
Established since 2011, Central Continent delivers trusted logistics solutions specializing in sea freight, air freight, and integrated transportation services.
Job Descriptions:
•Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
•Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, shippers, and customers for smooth shipment
operations.
•Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
•Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and administrative tasks.
•Handle full sea and air freight export/import documentation, including trucking.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any field • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or logistics field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (both spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset • Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player
