MAVCOM will officially transition all functions and responsibilities to the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia, effective 1 August 2025. This includes the handling of consumer complaints and services related to industry licensing.​

Travellers and industry stakeholders are encouraged to take note of the new contact channels and access points for assistance moving forward.​
