公司成立的目的是想要让所有中小型企业们都能够 顺利把货物【从中国运往马来西亚】 为此，C.I.E.F 提供了一系列的运输服务，其中包含了 空运服务，海运服务，汇款服务 双清关，物流文件解决方案，发票解决方案以及专业性建议 以期望能为所有中小型企业们解决他们的困扰

根据 LHDN 最新E-Invoice规定，自 2026年1月1日 起，交易金额达 RM10,000 或以上，必须开具 电子发票（E-Invoice），不论客户是否已开始使用电子发票。

在 CIEF系统中，当订单金额达到 CNY 12,600 或 USD 2,000 及以上，客户需选择 “Yes” 启用 E-Invoice，并填写 TIN 税号（个人 / 公司），才可继续成功付款。

若选择 “No”，系统将 无法完成付款。
请放心，此设置只需填写一次。

Dear Valued Customers,

Effective 1 January 2026, under LHDN’s E-Invoice new regulation, transactions of RM10,000 and above must be issued with an E-Invoice, regardless of whether you have started using E-Invoice.

In our CIEF system, when the booking amount book at CNY 12,600 or USD 2,000 and above, you must select “Yes” for E-Invoice and fill in your TIN number (personal or business) before payment can proceed.

If “No” is selected, payment cannot be completed.
Not to worry, this is a one-time setup only.

自 2026年1月1日 起，中国对于芯片（半导体）、金属或钢铁（钢铁）更新了出口政策，任何大型或超长工业设备都会加强严查。

若设备采用木箱包装，请务必提前要求供应商在木箱上预留一个小窗口，方便海关人员看到里面的货物，要不然海关会开箱查验，一旦木箱被整体打开，将无法重新封箱，运输过程中设备可能缺乏保护并导致损坏。

因上述原因造成的任何货损，均不在我司责任及赔偿范围内，这段时间内任何高货值的货物进行投保，如有需要投保可以联系我们客服了解详情。

Effective 1 January 2026, China has tightened export controls on large and oversized machinery, particularly equipment related to the semiconductor, metal, and steel industries.

For machines packed in wooden box, customers are strongly advised to ask suppliers to leave a small inspection opening so Customs officers can check the contents without fully opening the crate. If no opening is provided, Customs may open the entire box, which cannot be resealed back, leaving the equipment unprotected and at risk of damage during shipping.

Any damage resulting from the above is not covered under our responsibility or compensation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value cargo during this period.�For insurance options, please contact our Customer Service team for further details.
