Brand new modern design 1,100 sqft apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen area and yard. All are fully furnished with modern furniture, REAL BED and appliances. Master bedroom with bathroom attached, while second and third room share a bathroom. Guest Access
Entire unit will be yours to enjoy along your stay. You can use all the appliances in the house. J
ust make sure you turn off all the switch before you go out. Smart card access and a set of key will be given. Maintenance office at 6th floor, open during office hours. In details, our apartment consist of;
1. Master bedroom - Equipped with REAL double size memory foam mattress and comfy pillow, air-conditioner, modern furniture, attached bathroom with hot shower. Long glass window with lake view and PETRONAS twin tower view.
2. Second bedroom with REAL double size memory foam mattress and comfy pillow, air-conditioner, modern furniture. L shape long glass window with PETRONAS twin tower view.
3. Third bedroom with REAL single size mattress and comfy pillow, air-conditioner and modern furniture with window.
4. Second and third bedroom shared one bathroom and toilet with hot shower.
5. Equipped with modern kitchen with microwave oven, kitchen stove and hood, simple utensils/ cookware for light cooking.
6. Living room with 43" plasma flat TV, satellite channels, plush couch and air-conditioner.
7. Six chairs dining table with glass top and lounge table with double stool.
8. Unlimited WIFI to connect you with the world. At general area, guest will have an access to;
1. Swimming pool, wading pool, jacuzzi, children playground and gymnasium at 6th floor.
2. Two car park at basement.
3. Two restaurants at ground floor. Western restaurant a minute walk behind apartment and plenty street food stalls within walking distance towards LRT stations.
4. Laundry and mini market also at ground floor. 24 hours KK mart mini market also available besides the building. Speedmart mini market behind the apartment. Guest will be given a set of key and access card to enter the building and apartment unit. Interaction with Guests

Convenient..!!! You have to experience Petronas Twin Towers, the tallest twin tower in the world and its central park, KL Tower and Bukit Bintang shopping area (Bintang Walk), China Town (Petaling Street), Central Market and Masjid India. All of these are within your reach as LRT/ Monorail metro train station are just 3 and 5 minutes leisurely walk from Vue Residence. Getting around
3 minutes walk to Chow Kit Monorail metro train station and 5 minutes walk to Titiwangsa Light Rapid Transit (LRT) metro train station. Bus station located in front of apartment building and taxis aplenty. If you are from KLIA/ KLIA2 by taxi
- At budget taxi booking counter (arrival KLIA), please mention Jalan Pahang Kuala Lumpur city center, fare at about RM90 one way
- After you hop into the taxi, please mention "Vue Residence" Jalan Pahang to the taxi driver. (It is located just in front of Hospital Kuala Lumpur, HKL), few shops from Grand Seasons Hotel, near Pahang roundabout. Taxi driver should know how to locate it. If you are from KLIA/ KLIA2 by train
- Please buy KLIA Express ticket to KL Sentral station (RM35 one way from KLIA). It takes 28 minutes to KL Sentral Station.
- From KL Sentral take monorail metro line to Chow Kit station. Vue Residence just 3 minutes walk away from station, few shops after Grand Seasons Hotel. We provide premium airport pick up only if you need. It will cost you additional, but rest assured comfortable and safe.. We will be giving a handout of places to go, train station, taxi booking numbers and suggestion of tour operator for you to explore city and nearby attractions likes Genting, Malacca, fireflies trip and raft water activities.
