Lim Residence
The building is a private residence situated on top of the hill overlooking the entire Bayan Lepas area. Prior to the size of the building, we have been engage to design, supply and install knx automation systems to regulate both the indoor and outdoor lightings together with irrigation system. Home owners will be given an ipad and a touch panel serving as a master control for the entire building. Schedule to be completed before Chinese New Year 2014. Will keep you posted with more pictures.

Latest project in Sungai Petani Amanjaya Hospital. The entire common facilities are using knx lighting control and visualization system to regulate the lightings and interfacing with Contrel energy meter. It will be first of its kind and the first GREEN hospital in the northern region. Schedule completion date will be December 2013. Will update with more pictures.
