Gulf Freight Line Sdn Bhd is also acts as an expert customs clearance agent offering cargo clearance permit declaration, import & export declarations in all Malaysia ports entries. GFL WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION SDN BHD. In our pursue to provide more value added services to our valuable customers, GFL was incorporated in 2010. We provide almost 100,000.00 sqft of general warehouse storage place in Port Klang to our custo mers for pre-shipment storage and temporary storage prior distributions. We are still looking to increase our warehouse space to cater for the ever increase request from our customers. OPP BULK SERVICES SDN BHD. The warehouse are located in PKFZ (Port Klang Freezone) which adjacent to the Westport terminal. We have been involved in this business since early 2018. We operate 27 units of LIU (Light Industry Unit) which consisting approximately, 150,000.00 sqft storage space. We provide services such as transhipment cargoes mainly for re-export, Container transloading services, repacking, storage and fulfillment services. Established in 1984, is the holding and parent company of the group. The company has extensive experience and specialization in handling liquid cargoes in ISO tanks, flexitanks, IBCs, and drums.

As part of a management rationalization program, ISC now focuses primarily on trading and property investments, as most of its logistics operations have been transferred to its subsidiary, Gulf Freight Line Sdn. Bhd.

GULF FREIGHT LINE SDN BHD

Incorporated in 1991, Gulf Freight Line Sdn Bhd is a Class A International Freight Forwarding company. We are proud to be an associate member of FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) and FMFF (Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarders).

We currently offer nearly 250,000 sqft of general warehouse storage space in Port Klang, ideal for pre-shipment storage and temporary storage prior to distribution. Due to increasing demand from our clients, we are actively seeking to expand our warehousing capacity.

OPP BULK SERVICES SDN BHD

Located in PKFZ (Port Klang Free Zone), adjacent to the Westport terminal, OPP Bulk Services Sdn Bhd has been active since early 2018.

Export Senior Customer service in Freight & Forwarding department.

Location : Port Klang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities :-

-To service existing and new customer, attend to customer request and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Liason and negotiate rates with Shipping Lines, NVOCC, Oversea agent, Haulage and Transport company on booking & documentation.
-Ensure data & booking is updated correctly in the system.
-Handling and follow up daily activities of export operation, freehand or nomination to ensure smooth delivery of shipment.
-Following up and track cargo delivery and update status to customer from time to time.
-Work closely with internal team such as Warehouse department and Customs Clearance department.
-Resolve issues & disputes
-Maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
-Monitor and reporting progress to achieve company target.
-Preparing costing & issuing billing.

Basic Requirements : -

-Minimum of a Diploma in logistics or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in logistics customer service
-Good Personality attitude
positive traits like being reliable, collaborative, communicative, adaptable, passion, responsible, and open-minded.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese will be adding point.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure, especially in a dynamic logistics environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
-Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
