Johor Port successfully hosted the Q2 2026 Bulk & Break Bulk (BBT) Stakeholder Engagement Session on 14 May 2026 bringing together valued customers, industry partners, associations including JOFFA and JPFSA as well as key Government Agencies such as Royal Malaysian Customs, Immigration, KKM, AKPK and Jabatan Laut Pasir Gudang.
The session was officiated by Md. Kamil Md. Rafi, Head of Finance Division and recorded an encouraging 84% attendance rate, with 81 participants attending out of 97 confirmed guests, reflecting robust industry continued confidence in Johor Port as the preferred gateway for BBT operations.
More than just a networking session, the engagement served as an important platform for open dialogue and collaboration. Operational updates were shared, ongoing challenges were discussed and valuable feedback was gathered to support continuous improvement initiatives across our operations and services.
The strong participation in the stakeholder survey also provided meaningful insights that will help shape Johor Port’s future strategic action plans and customer-focused initiatives.
At Johor Port, we remain committed to strengthening cargo handling capabilities, improving turnaround efficiency, enhancing value-added services and strengthening an integrated logistics ecosystem. Our goal is not only to serve as a Port Operator but as a long-term strategic partner that creates sustainable value across the entire supply chain.
We sincerely thank all participants for their continued trust, support and partnership as we move forward together in building a more resilient, efficient and competitive port ecosystem.
