为进一步促进中马人员往来，自北京时间2023年12月1日0时起至2024年11月30日24时，马来西亚持普通护照人员赴华经商、旅游观光、探亲访友和过境不超过15天，可免签入境。不符合免签事由、时限的人员仍需在入境前办妥赴华签证。

此前已获发赴华签证的马来西亚公民，所持签证继续有效；已受理的签证申请，将正常审发。
