Cute Rusty private 4bdr house with a lovely garden. Brings together raw industrial elements with the tactics of green design to forge a new home built within Factory plant and natural forest. The house began it's life as a warehouse of the Tung's factory, one of the well known family owned construction company in Cameron Highlands. It turned into a cute home stay recently in December of 2014-brand

new. The building remain its rustiness as a warehouse but refurbished with fun modern amenities. The setting of the house is slight remote and serene. The road coming to the house from main road is a private road only serve a few houses. The house is built within the factory plant. You will see huge concrete structures, metals, or even abandoned truck nearby with walking distance. The house/garden is over looking part of the factory plant from above, and overlooking the mountain and valley opposite. Forest at the back of the house, take note of the insect orchestra at night, and other natural phenomena. Perfect for people who looking for a laid back vacation, a different home stay experience, a secluded getaway.

Tung's Factoria is available for booking now! After the long break of MCO.
During this challenging time, we welcome you to visit to Cameron and we will make sure your break from the hectic city life here in Cameron a relaxing one.
We understand your concern of safety. Our cleaning procedure according to Airbnb Cleaning Guideline is in place to make sure your stay with us is safe from any viruses.

- Allow ventilation during entire cleaning progress
- We wash hand throughly before cleaning process.
- We wear Disposable glove and Mask throughout the cleaning process.
- After remove used Bed Sheet, Blanket cover, Pillow cover and others, we will use febreze to spray on all surfaces at home to kill bacteria, we put on fresh and Clean sheets, pillow&comforter covers for every new guests.
- Use Dettol Disinfectant Liquid to clean up floor and all other surfaces.
- With above method to make sure others item is clean such as Sofa, Kitchen utensil, BBQ pit and others.

Other than cleaning procedure above guaranteed in place, facilities also improved during MCO break as below:
