This is the difference.

It’s not just the places… it’s how they stay with you.

The feeling of being somewhere that makes you pause.
The moments that don’t need to be planned to matter.
The kind of experiences that feel both expansive and grounding at the same time.

Over time, I’ve realized the best travel isn’t about doing more.

It’s about choosing the right places, the right pace, and creating space to actually take it all in.

That’s what I look for every time I explore somewhere new.

And it’s exactly what I design for the women who travel with me.

Where’s the next place calling you?

This is how I like to travel and I am so excited to share this trip!

We spend our days exploring, walking through incredible places, taking it all in… and then come back somewhere beautiful, eat really well, and actually enjoy it.

Nothing rushed. Nothing overcomplicated. An intentional flow.

Scotland in August is exactly that.

This trip is for women who want that experience and for couples who want to share it together.

I’ve already mapped everything out so it flows easily.

You don’t have to plan it.
You just have to decide if you’re coming.

Would you come with a friend… or your partner?

I’d rather be outside, walking a city, hiking a trail, or exploring somewhere new.

But today it’s the spin bike.

I’m protecting my knee, waiting on answers, and still showing up. Because I want to be ready. Not just healed, but strong enough to fully enjoy what’s ahead.

Scotland is coming. Long walks, uneven paths, full days out. I’m not leaving that experience up to chance.

This is the part people don’t see. The quiet discipline behind feeling good when it matters most.

Travel isn’t just about where you go. It’s about how you get to experience it.

Are you getting yourself travel ready too?

Most of my mornings in Cozumel started here.

El Coffee Cozumel became one of those places you look forward to before the day even begins.

The mocha latte… easily one of the best I’ve had. And every single morning they took the time to make it beautiful.

Chilaquiles rojo, enchiladas, fresh fruit, banana bread… all so good.

But what really made this place special was the people.

Warm, kind, welcoming energy every time we walked in.

Gerardo, Abigail, Carlos, Jeremy, Lulu… thank you for taking such good care of us.

Places like this are why I love returning somewhere long enough to feel it.

I’d say yes… with a few notes.

Sayu Apartments in Cozumel surprised me.

Clean, spacious, great layout, and we even had our own backyard. It had a modern jungle vibe inside the shared pool area.

Easy walkable location and they let us check in early which was a big win.

But…

Ground floor = a little humid + some ants

WiFi = inconsistent (could’ve just been our unit)

No ocean view

No daily housekeeping.

Still… for the price?

A really solid option if you plan to be out exploring most of the time.

Would you book it?

If I’m going to bring a group somewhere, I need to know exactly what it feels like.

Moments like this… sitting on the boat, getting ready to dive in.

We saw some beautiful marine life today. I’ll share the footage soon 🤿🐠

Our dentist is actually in Cozumel and she’s incredible… so yes, we built a whole trip around it 😄

But this is also how I find what’s worth it.

The people. The experiences. The feeling.

Now I’m considering building a trek here.

Would you want to join me?

We didn’t plan this… we just kept walking.

Parked at Alberto’s, set out toward Playa Palancar, and then just kept going.

Five miles later… it turned into one of those days you don’t forget.

Some stretches were easy. Some we walked in the water to avoid the sargassum. A few moments where you couldn’t see your feet and had to trust where you were stepping.

A little uncomfortable at times… but really beautiful.

Warm water, long quiet stretches of beach, and that feeling of discovering something for yourself.

We ended the day back at Alberto’s at sunset with a local band playing. Great energy, fun atmosphere, and just the right amount of people for a Tuesday night on the island.

I’ll be honest… the food wasn’t the highlight for me.

But the drinks were very good (and strong), the staff were incredibly kind and hardworking, and the overall experience made it worth it.

Not overly polished. Not in the center of town. But one of those places that feels special when you know about it.

This is also part of how I explore… experiencing places firsthand so I can thoughtfully design future treks for us to enjoy together.

I’d do that walk again in a heartbeat.

Would you keep walking… or turn back? 🌊

You don’t need help.

You just don’t want to do it anymore.

I see so many women who can plan the trips, organize every detail, make everything seamless…

But they’re tired of being the one who always has to.

Because planning a beautiful trip shouldn’t feel like another responsibility.

It should feel like something you get to enjoy.

That shift… from doing everything to simply showing up… changes the entire experience.

So I’m curious—

Would you rather plan every detail…
or just arrive and enjoy it?
