Perfect time to get in at lowest prices. Baja is heating up and getting more popular. Don't wait! You can have your piece of paradise!

Hope you are enjoying Spring/Summer so far. As an update on Palacio Del Mar, we have sold more properties to stateside folks who want a new quality of life. The first building is now up to 70% sold out!

Walk in Visits have doubled since last year! The hidden jewels of this area are finally being revealed. LA Magazine and Pl***oy Magazine have both been posting articles about the growth and affordable living in Baja!

Retirees are now looking at the area as an affordable senior living alternative. The high end medical facilities are easily accessible, and the beautiful recreation areas are a real draw. Picture yourself wine tasting 30 minutes away, or playing a round of golf overlooking the pristine Pacific Ocean. Just as all of Southern California, Baja shares the great weather conditions year round.

Please let me know when you want to arrange a tour of the property and I will be happy to put it together for you.
