Audrey and Seth started in Athens, wandered through the charming streets of Paros, and ended with wine, sunsets, and a private catamaran in Santorini. A hands-on cooking class in Paros became one of their favorite memories, blending fresh flavors, laughter, and local culture. She came to me with a vision: somewhere warm, vibrant, and not too “typical.” I took care of the rest — from a custom pescetarian dinner to her stay at Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa, a sophisticated beachfront escape tucked into Elounda. When travel hiccups popped up (as they always do), I handled them quietly so she could stay in celebration mode.

✨ The Mitchells’ 20th anniversary journey through Africa was more than a trip — it was a celebration of love, life, and thoughtful detail. ✨

Anniversary Trip, Part II – Beach Nights 🌴

Lazy days, toes in the sand, and fine dining on the balcony… our stay was for Collin! From the moment we arrived, we knew this property was something special.

We were greeted with a beautiful upgrade to the Deluxe Casita Ocean View — another Arranged by A’Rie perk 💁🏾‍♀️ — and every request from that point on was met with a warm “Con gusto.” From breakfast in bed and golf carts to the beach, to a quick ride into town for new swim trunks, the butlers and drivers went above and beyond.

On our first night, I arranged a private dining experience and tasting menu for our anniversary, which set the tone perfectly. ✨

We even ventured over to the Four Seasons for a couples spa treatment followed by a warm bubble bath and champagne — pure bliss — then ended the evening with an unforgettable dinner at Aramara at (I’m still thinking about those Peking duck tacos).

Punta Mita may just be our new favorite place… and I can’t wait to return!

Anniversary Trip, Part 1 - City Lights!

Collin and I officially became stans back in 2021 during our delayed honeymoon in San Francisco — from the spacious rooms to the friendly butlers and personal touches, we were hooked.

So this year, I decided to relive the magic with a stay ✨

We were greeted with a beautiful upgrade to the Executive Suite (an perk 💁🏾‍♀️) and a sweet welcome of chocolate-covered strawberries — the kind of thoughtful detail that makes St. Regis feel so special.

This stay was for me, the foodie! 🍽️ ! We indulged in Mexico’s rich culinary scene, from the unforgettable tasting at (yes, decadent insects included) to the circus-themed cocktails at — pure creativity in every sip.

Meanwhile, Collin’s highlight? Room service with mountain views — because sometimes luxury is best enjoyed in a robe with breakfast in bed.
