1 of my 4 traits every new agent breaking into the luxury real estate market needs to implement into their character to maximize their potential.
We all have the same 24HRS in a day! If I am going to utilise my time to assist clients in acquiring property, might as well use it effectively to cater to the most fiscally rewarding listings and clientele. It requires the same process, time, knowledge and understanding to sell or rent a lower valued property that it does to sell a multi-million dollar estate.
So, what separates agents that make massive closings vs those who sell average cost homes? Belief? Contacts? Systems? It may very well be an accumulation of the 3 but it really narrows down to DISCIPLINE!
Yeah, the D word that keeps 99% of the world's population from achieving what might be rightfully theirs. Only a select few people encompass the kind of discipline that renders them guaranteed success not just in one thing but in EVERYTHING they aim to achieve.
We all have proven to ourselves to be disciplined in some facet of our lives. What if you were able to transmute that same discipline toward whatever outcome you desired? How would your life change? How would that give you an advantage over competitors?
