Join me for this one-day yoga retreat in the galleries of the Arizona State University’s Art Museum. The world of visual art and yoga are not separate and what they demand of us is, in fact, similar: the exploration of the self. A provocative painting, sculpture, or performance-art piece is no less a call to self-reflection than a meditation or a physical yoga sequence. When approached with mindfulness and wonder, arts of all media allow us to expand ourselves and discover who we really are.

This workshop experience, set in the current exhibit “Everything is a Little Fuzzy,” includes a physical yoga practice, meditation, other yogic arts, boxed lunch from Postino’s & Suja Juices.

I am so excited to combine forces with Yogando Retreats to offer you an amazing, evolutionarily experience in Puglia, Italy🇮🇹! I’m honored to have been asked to lead this retreat and somewhat relieved that there is an experienced, retreat liaison to take care of all our needs!

I’ve asked my friend and Italian-born, yoga/Pilates instructor and recent physical therapy grad, Tiziana Trovati, to be my guest instructor. She and I hosted a successful Tamarindo, Costa Rica yoga retreat in 2019. Her bright personality matches her extensive knowledge in our body movement and she is a perfect complement to my teachings.

Another retreat down in the books. This one, though, was special—a private yoga retreat for 60th Birthday! I was so honored to have guided all these beautiful women this past weekend. So many laughs, so many bottles of wine, so much yellow (her favorite color), henna tattoos, sound baths, and of course yoga!
