Join us this Saturday for our weekly VeloGuide Stage Race on Rouvy. This week we take on the Lava Beds in Califronia, then hope over the pond to ride in some hills Switzerland (Zollbrück - Arnisäge) before ending in Italy to take on and 18 km climb Cortina d'Ampezzo - Passo Valparola

Here is what you need to do

1) Sign up for an account at Rouvy
2) Sign up for all three races (You need to click all three links)

3) Show up 15 minutes before the start of Stage 1. Once you are set up on the trainer you can press start and that will put you in warm up mode and you can just spin until the race/ride begins

4) Once completed Stage 1, select "Finish Ride" and then click to start Stage 2 (repeat process until you complete all 3 stages).

This is a race of all levels. Don't worry about being dropped. Ride at your own pace then move on to the next event. You can start the next stage (2 and 3) even if you were a bit slower and the stage started without you. DON'T WORRY! BE HAPPY and HAVE FUN

5) Become Friends with user "VeloGuide_Joel_G" and send me your email address. We will send you a bank transfer to cover your first month on ROUVY! (Once you complete all 3 rides on Saturday)

6) Share this with all your indoor cycling friends. This will be a weekly series going forward.

Joel Goralski will randomly draw from the participants and give away a week in a one bedroom or studio at maraVilla.
