we are drawing a plan to found for low cost Airline as public company limited by initiated founders and also arrange to call for share from Myanmar Citizen and arrange to invite other business owners who are doing in the fields of bank, hotel and livestock Market for additional share capital.
We submitted for share capital is US$ 400 million first step and divided into 1 million units of share and one unit price is 500000 MMK (USD 400/share by current exchange rate).
In December 2015, Yangon stock exchange will be opened and when after our airline have a certificate to operate from DCA & Government, we will connect with Yangon Stock Exchange to register our public company in to stock market for all share holders to buy & sell our company's stock share.
That is our planning for initiated share capital accumulation process.
Our operating flight plans are especially for four main area of Myanmar. These are
1.Upper Myanmar area (base in Myitkyina to putao , khantee, Bahmaw- Kachin state area )
2. Eastern Area (base in Heho to Tachileik, kyington - shan state area)
3.Middle & west area( Mandalay to Thandwe,Sittway-Rakhine State area, Began )
4. Main base in Yangon for all flights and connecting flight for Other three base areas of Myitkyeena, Mandalay and Heho hub.
Our airline is especially dedicated to all Myanmar citizen to go and visit into all areas of Upper , eastern, middle & west and lower Myanmar area by air traveling with low cost.
At the current air traveling cost are very high for Myanmar citizens and much of Myanmar people have a no chance to fly for their trips and they could not able to buy air ticket.
If one Myanmar people have a chance to travel by air , that person is lucky person in this life and all people wanted to be lucky man.
At the time of moment, traveling by air within Myanmar only is Big Dream of all Myanmar people.
So, we are decided to found low cost airline public company limited for all Myanmar people to fly for their trip by low cost and convenience for all their destinations in the whole country area of Myanmar at anytime.
For low cost carrier to use, we selected ATR 600 series aircraft and its base on our country weathers and airports situations, air traveling market situation and fuel consumption and environmental safety and technical performance ,supporting services, spare parts available zone and engineering professional resources available.
That is our main idea and planning.
